A one-time digital purchase
A Twin Report is a $4 USD one-time digital purchase for a specific scan, with applicable tax displayed at checkout. It is not a subscription, so there are no recurring payments to cancel. Pro is not currently sold. You can leave checkout before completing a purchase.
If something goes wrong
Contact us if you paid but cannot access or generate the report, were charged more than once for the same purchase, or the delivered product materially differs from its description. We will review the payment and delivery record and work to restore access or arrange an appropriate refund through Dodo Payments. A failed generation does not require another purchase.
How to request help or a refund
Use the Contact page and provide the email used at checkout, the receipt or payment reference, the scan URL, and a short description of the issue. Never send card numbers, passwords, or authentication codes. Other refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances, applicable law, and the terms presented at checkout. This policy does not impose a deadline that limits mandatory consumer rights.
What the report covers
The report analyzes saved evidence from a limited set of discovered products. It does not guarantee more matches, exhaustive research, identical competitors, or commercial success. Unknown cells reflect missing evidence. Please review pricing and the free findings before buying.
Refund processing and access
Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments to the applicable payment method, subject to provider and bank processing times. We cannot promise an exact arrival date. A confirmed refund or dispute revokes paid report and comparison access for that purchase; free scan findings remain available. Mandatory cancellation, refund, and other consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
