Using the service
These terms apply to SaaS Twin. Use the service only if you can legally enter an agreement and are at least 18 years old. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Our privacy, cookie, and refund pages explain related practices.
Your account and submissions
Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information. Submit only public websites and information you are authorized to use. Do not submit passwords, confidential business material, sensitive personal information, or private documents. You retain your rights in submitted content and allow us to process it to provide the service.
Public website information may be analyzed and reused in our product index for other searches. Your account, scan history, report purchases, and private fingerprint edits are not published as a public directory.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, abuse the service, interfere with its security, infringe others’ rights, or use findings to harass people. Respect the rights and terms of linked websites and X. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents, or legal obligations.
Free discovery and paid reports
Discovery provides a limited set of findings, not a complete market search. The Twin Report costs $4 USD per completed scan, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. It covers up to five saved matches in the unified report and unlocks individual detailed comparisons for all matches in that scan. A purchase does not buy additional X searches or unlock another scan. A free account is required to purchase and retain access.
Dodo Payments handles checkout and payment processing under the terms presented at checkout. Access is granted after verified payment confirmation. Reports are generated on demand from saved evidence, and provider outages or processing limits may delay preparation. If delivery fails, contact us under the refund policy. Pro is not available to purchase, and the current report purchase is not a subscription.
AI output and third-party sources
Scores, product interpretations, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. They are research aids, not professional advice or promises of product uniqueness, market demand, affiliation, or success. Verify important findings against the original sources. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights. We do not control linked websites or guarantee their availability.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in providing the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying solely on generated findings or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If we discontinue paid report access, we will address outstanding delivery obligations and applicable refund rights. Download your report if you need an independent copy.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date identifies the current version; material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated through an appropriate service channel. Changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Contact us through the Contact page for support or questions. Mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you remain in force.
